Watch my new special 'Neighborly' on YouTube: https://youtu.be/Zqv-yKgUbCA RECIPE: Ingredients: - 6 eggs, separated - 1 cup powdered sugar - 2 tsp vanilla extract - pinch of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg - Berens Old Fashioned Brandy - hot milk, (if making in a party bowl, about 3 cups) - hot water, (if making in a party bowl, about 1 cup) Instructions 1. Separate eggs. Put the whites and yolks in different bowls. 2. Whip whites with a mixer. When thick, add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 1 spoonful at a time. Keep whipping whites until peaks form. 3. Mix yolks and remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. 4. Add yolk mix to whites and combine. Add in vanilla extract. 5. When making drinks, add batter to mug, around 1/4 cup, and then add brandy, about 1.5oz. Add at least 4 oz hot milk, then top off mug with hot water if you want. You can add as much milk as you like, more makes it creamier. 6. If you’re using a party bowl, add all of the milk and water and top with batter. Get a good ladle or 2 full of liquid and batter for each mug. 7. Add grated nutmeg on top if you’re feeling fancy. 8. Stir it up.
